PROCESS

We’re here to make the admissions journey as smooth as possible for your family. Please follow the steps below to complete your child’s registration at Sherborne School Jeddah.

1. Submit an Enquiry or Visit the School

Parents may contact us by email, through our website, or by visiting the school in person. Our Head of Admissions will guide you to complete the online application form.

 

2. Complete the Online Application

Fill out the Application Form  and upload all required documents directly through the portal.

 

3. Application Review & Assessment Scheduling

Once submitted, your child’s application will be reviewed by the Deputy Heads. Our Head of Admissions will then contact you to arrange an assessment date.

You will receive an official email confirming the assessment date and time.

International families will be offered the option of an online assessment.

4. Assessment Outcome

You will be notified of your child’s result:
Accepted, Waitlisted, or Declined, based on assessment results and availability of places.

 

5. Offer & Acceptance

If a place is offered, you will receive:

  • An official acceptance email
  • Offer letter with a Fee Policy and Consent Letter
  • Initial invoice

To secure your child’s place, please respond within one week, pay the Registration Fee, and sign the Fee Policy.

 

6. Pre-Term Information

Before the start of term, we will send you all the necessary information to help you and your child prepare for their first day.

 

Required Documents

Please ensure you upload clear copies of the following:

  • Student’s passport
  • Iqama (for expatriate families)
  • National Civil ID & Family ID (for Saudi applicants)
  • Absher printout
  • Previous school report card(s)
  • Vaccination record
  • Medical reports (if applicable)
  • School leaving certificate (if transferring)
